Customer accounts
Every customer has an account with a running balance. Sales, payments, deposits and returns post to it the moment you save, and the balance is on screen while you work.
Quotations and orders Coming in 2027
With our makers-and-sellers line: quote first, then make, then invoice. A quotation becomes an order, an order becomes an invoice, and the customer's deposit follows it through.
Slips and invoices
Every save produces a slip. From the same records the app prepares invoices you can print or send by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Statements and reports
Customer statements, transaction lists, stock and work reports for any date range, consistent with what the slip said on the day.
Stock and materials
Pieces and materials, with their running totals. For manufacturers, the calculations of weight, purity and labour are done on the entry line.
Your own figures
Every price, rate and charge is a number you enter yourself. Our apps have no price feed and never supply, suggest or publish a figure.
Tablet and phone, one ledger
The tablet at the counter and the phone in the workshop or on the road see the same customers and balances. Runs on everyday Android devices; no server in your shop, no special hardware.
Five interface languages
English, German, French, Spanish and Turkish — menus, job names and slip headings — switched per user, so one shop can run two languages at two counters.
Your records, kept for you
Your ledger lives on our servers so that a tablet, a phone and a replacement device all show the same books. What we hold is your bookkeeping and nothing else.
